Cath Relaxology is a home based Reflexology practice offering relaxation treatments of Foot, Face, Hand and Ear Reflexology. I’m flexible with my treatments and timing. Even though it says one hour, especially on your first treatment we talk about your health and wellbeing and what you’d like to get out of the session, so it usually takes a bit longer. Some people have specific health concerns that require extra attention. There are a few contraindications for reflexology but I can tell you that when I lived in Asia there was no interview or consent forms to sign, they just started working on your feet with incredibly strong pressure with no questions asked. I’m not saying this is good but just comparing to us Westerners who require informed consent and insurance coverage for all things.
Facial reflexology is a great option if you really don’t want your feet touched. I can also do hand and ear reflexology which is just as effective and relaxing.
