Dr John Dehn, Rachel Fitzgerald and their team are Proud and Honoured to announce the Opening Silverstream Medical Centre in early August 2018.
We will provide primary healthcare to Silverstream and surrounding communities along side the Pharmacy and Physiotherapy.
Work is underway and we will keep you updated with progress on this website.
